security deposit

Our guests agree to authorize a fully refundable deposit of $350.00 U.S. charged as a hold on a credit card in the event the house is damaged or items are broken or missing from the house or other charges are incurred. The management company takes an inventory at the end of each rental. We are sorry for this policy, but to make the house home-like, we have furnished it with higher than normal rental quality items. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure if there is no damage or other charges incurred.
