Cancellations & Refunds
If you must cancel your reservation please do so as early as you can so we can try to find another renter. A cancellation more than 60 days before the check-in date is entitled to a refund of the deposit minus a $50.00 U.S. administrative fee.
For cancellations between 60 days and 30 days before the check-in date, the 50% deposit is retained by us and not returned. If we are able to find another guest to rent our house during your rental dates, we will refund to you as much of your deposit as we are able to cover by the new rental minus a $50.00 U.S. administrative fee. For your ultimate protection, we recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
